Shipping & Delivery Policy

In strict accordance with federal law (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act), all electronic nicotine delivery systems must be dispatched via compliant regional carriers and require the physical signature and government-issued photo identification of an adult (aged 21 or older) upon delivery. Parcels will not be left at doorsteps unattended.
1. Order Processing Timeframes
Orders received Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed, age-verified, and dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed over weekends or observed federal holidays are queued for processing on the subsequent business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Network
Because major legacy parcel carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) restrict consumer vapor shipments under federal regulations, we utilize a certified network of regional compliant logistics carriers. Estimated transit times vary by regional zone:
- West Coast & Southwest: 3 – 5 business days
- Midwest & Central: 4 – 7 business days
- East Coast & Southeast: 5 – 8 business days
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility
Standard PACT-compliant carrier shipping with adult signature confirmation is calculated at checkout ($7.99 flat rate). We provide FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders with a product subtotal of $55.00 or greater.
4. Geographic Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and municipal legislative bans on online vapor shipments or flavored vapor products, we currently cannot deliver to certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
Arkansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, San Francisco (CA), Chicago (IL), and U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to signature requirements.
5. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is paramount. All parcels are dispatched in standard unmarked boxes or padded mailers without brand logos or vapor-related imagery on the exterior. The return address appears under an abbreviated logistics fulfillment entity.
